Ben and Quinlan's Good Bye to their Cousins

The kids, along side Mike and I have had a great visit with the Heimsoth family. Now they are off again and we don't know when we will see them again, so the kids said good by today. Here is a few picture to remember this time together. We had a lot of fun while you were here and now we will miss you. Love you and send lots of pictures and updates.

Quinlan 4 months (and a cold beach day)

Here are some new pictures of the kids and Quinlan's four month shots are @ the end. I don't even remember when these first few pictures are from, I think they are super cute though. I hope you enjoy.

Rachel and I took the kids to White Rock this last week and I believe it was the only day there were clouds. There was also a lot of wind and it was very cold.

Here is Addison getting her first taste of sand. I don't think I saw her put any in her mouth, but she seemed to be having a good time crawling around in it.

Look, the sun came out a little a few times, but it was still cold.

Here Quinlan is four months old. He seems to be getting bigger to me, but when we weighed him a few weeks ago he had totally slowed down.

I think this is a totally cute shot of my smiley little guy. He has such a happy disposition, it's so wonderful.

New Pictures of our Family

Here is Ben when we were @ the water park. He really had a good time.

One morning I dosed off a little and I opened my eyes to Ben 'changing' Quinlan's diaper. He really just undressed the little guy, it was super cute.

Here Ben is with my rain boots on.

Here Ben is with a few friends @ the Zoo. He wined most of the time we were there. I have never had such a long time out with Ben.

Quinlan just fell asleep on the floor tonight, he sleeps almost anywhere if you wrap him up. He is so wonderful.

Just a little glimpse into the our lives in the last couple of weeks.

Family Day

We try and have a nice family day every other tuesday, but lately we haven't had time. So finally we made it to the zoo to have ourselves a good time together. It was great to have the weather on our side today. Not too hot and not too cold today; it was super nice. Benard go a few treats today like getting his face painted and some ice cream. It was a lot of mess, but also a lot of fun.

After our fun morning the boys were tired and got a nap together. When I walked in to get them up they were both sleeping the exact same way.

After dinner we walked to a park near our house and somehow the boys ended up being super matchy-matchy. Ben was all in orange and Quinlan was all in green.

It was nice to have a day of just the four of us and the boys were both good all day. We are hoping to do this more often and excited for Quinlan to get a little older so we can do things where both the boys are excited about it.

Go Canada Day (Ben's words)

Here are some pictures of our Canada Day Celebration. We were all super tired because Quinlan didn't sleep last night (he normally is a really good sleeper, he goes 12 hours without eating @ night).

I was not a sunny day this year but we still walked from mom and dad's and met our friends to watch the parade. It didn't pour, but it did rain.

Ben kept stealing Gabby's chair. He loved it until he started to get too cold.

Mike had to help out Ben when things got too loud.

Because Quinlan didn't sleep last night, he slept through the entire parade. It was nice not to have to hold him the whole time.

We got the boys matching t's for the big day and no one even saw them because it was too cold to take off their hoodies.
