Right to Life's, Life Chain

This Sunday, October 3th, Right to Life is having their annual Life Chain. Please join Olivet as we stand in front of Shoppers and participate in standing quietly while holding signs, that say "Choose Life," and prayer for one hour. It starts @ 2 and ends @ 3. I, Renee Bjorndal, will be there 10mins. before hand to hand out the signs. I encourage you to park and the church and walk over. If you don't know where Shoppers is please find me after the service on Sunday.

"Together we can bear witness to the truth about abortion. Together we can make a difference and save lives, spare women from the trauma of abortion, and lead post abortion women to healing through Christ. Together we can declare to our community that God and His Church believe in the sanctity of every human life and that we CHOOSE LIFE!"

2010 Pumpkin Patch

It was kind of hard to get all three kids in the same place for more then a few seconds, but I got a picture or two of them. It was fun to get out to the pumpkin patch and it was almost too warm. I think I over dressed the kids and I know I was over dressed for the weather. Right now the weather in the Fraser Valley is unpredictable and hard to get dressed for. I love fall and getting out there on a sunny day, but you just don't know if all of a sudden if the clouds are going to come over you and the rain will pour down on you.

Anyway, here are a few pictures of the kids and us @ the pumpkin patch yesterday.
Non of the kids are looking @ the camera, but I think this is a cool picture of the three of them. Quinlan just learned how to sit so we could capture them all without an adult quickly running out of the way.

I can't tell if Ben is 4 or 5 dollars this year.

Ben and papa trying to pick up a pumpkin. I don't remember if they got it off the ground or not.

Addison and Quinlan hanging out by the wagon.

Benard picking apples for grandma's apple pies.

Everyone going to go pick some apples. My dad is in the picture I just couldn't seem to get a picture where you could see him.

The Years are Passing

2008 Ben is 10 months old here, just before he learned to walk.

Over the last few year we have been taking Ben to the pumpkin patch in September/October. He seems to be growing a lot and here are just a few pictures of him.
2009, 2 months before his second birthday.

Quinlan is just learning to sit, but no where near standing so he didn't make it near the wall to get measured. He is just over 6 months here.

Addison, a week and a bit before her first birthday.

Benard, three months before his third birthday.

Quinlan 6 months (Already Half a Year Old)

Today Quinlan is 6 months old. Yes I actually did something on the day of it happening, crazy I know. He is almost doing a lot of things, he is almost sitting and almost crawling and almost all on a bottle and almost has a tooth or two.

Quinlan is still himself though, happy and can be satisfied and solving his few problems if he ever gets upset. Yesterday he was having a 'cranky' day, but I can't really call them that. The little guy just wanted to sleep most of the day and I had to keep him up for a little while so he would sleep all night so he wined a little, but if he was held he would stop.

So here are a few pictures I took of him today marking the 1/2 year of his birth.

This is his oma toque that fits him final and actually at the right time of year. Mike had him wear it outside yesterday in the morning.

Quinlan will sit by himself for a minute or two usually these days, but of course I could not get him to do it to take a picture of him this morning. He just wanted to flop over every time I tried to get him to sleep.

The worker Bee, Benard

Here are a few pictures of my little big guy who loves to work. The first two pictures are of his face when 'working' at the park. I can't believe how much this guy loves to work, he needs to have his working shoes or gloves or pants on so he can get the job done. I know this won't last forever so I need to document it to show him one day that when he was young he just loved to work.

Mike had a project under the sink so Ben had to get right in there to get things done with him. I don't know who dressed them that morning, but they ended up more or less matching too. So super cute, my working guys.

To my little big guy who loves to work,
Please let me get somethings done by myself, I just want to get something done and not take four times as long to get it done. Oh, and mommy like laundry done a certain way so I will most likely not let you help with that one until you don't want to do it anymore.
Love Mommy

Quinlan 5 months

Here are a few pictures of Quinlan @ five months old, just before he gets to 6 months. I had taken pictures of him late and then I never got them on the computer so here they are. I is just growing up soooo fast. I remember with Benard I couldn't wait until he got to the next stage and now with Quinlan everything seems to be going by too fast.

I'm loving the adventure that is Quinlan, so far, at this very moment I seem to understand who he is better than I am understanding Ben right now. I'm very glad to have a happy little guy that I can figure out what's wrong while the other one is going nuts right beside him. Love them both, but for sure appreciate the being able to solve one of their problems. So far Quinlan is an eat, sleep and poop kind of guy and if he is crying it is one of those three things so it doesn't take too much time to figure out what's wrong.
